Most items that are available from Your Gym Solutions ship for free to the lower 48 United States. This will be made apparent on each product's page. Due to the size or logistics involved, some manufacturers require an additional shipping quote. After placing an order with any of the following manufacturers, we will contact you via email or the phone number provided to make you aware of the additional shipping charges, and an email quote that must be approved before any items get shipped.

Freight time is between 5-10 Days
All Items are shipped curbside boxed and disassembled
Large Items that are delivered LTL/Freight will have tracking and require a signature upon arrival
All Items are shipped WITHOUT a Liftgate, If you require a liftgate, there WILL BE and extra fee
Items may be returned at no extra cost IF they are damaged upon arrival (Customers must provide pictures and make a note on any BOL of box damage)
Orders canceled Prior to shipping (3 hours or less from placing the order will result in a $25.00 admin charge)
Orders canceled after the product ships will result in a 25% restocking fee as well as any return shipping fees associated with the product.
Your Gym Solutions allows returns to be initiated up to 14 days from the date of product delivery.
All returns will be made directly to the manufacturer of the product but must be initiated by Your Gym Solutions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once a return is processed and accepted by the manufacturer, StrengthWarehouseUSA.com will release the return credit. Refunds will be issued only to the card used for payment.
All products MUST be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging. All returns will incur a 35% restocking fee, deducted from your return. All items must be shipped in their original packaging.
If a product is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the customer. This includes shipping charges originally included in the purchase price of the product. If you refuse a shipment, the product will go back to the delivery company and may not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. A return cannot get processed until the product is received by the warehouse.
RETURN PROCESS
The customer must initiate their claim within 14 days of the product delivery by contacting us via email at [email protected] TITLE: (RETURN)
Once approved for the return, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and RMA number.
Products must be packed for return in the original box with original packaging material.
The customer has 7 days from the RMA date to return
Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned product.
Incomplete product returns will receive a partial credit only at the discretion of Your Gym Solutions and the manufacturer.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to all products returned including refused delivery returns.
